The weather cooperated and time spent on the pool deck was most enjoyable. The food and service at their Italian Restaurant, Costa Cucina, like always was excellent. Other than those two issues, my stay was very pleasant.

On day two, after two tries someone finally answered and indicated 45 minutes for a simple ham and cheese omelet with a cup of coffee but it took nearly 70 minutes. On day one, they never answered the calls and all calls went directly to a recording stating time room service was available but no one was ever available to take an order. Other than the Valet issue, my only other concern was the breakfast room service or perhaps I should say lack of or extremely slow breakfast room service. In the past, long lines with few and slow check-in personnel at the counter were common but this time even though the line was fairly long, there must of been 7-8 check-in personnel who seemed to be working very quickly and were very cheerful. Though Valet operations still tend to be disorganized and slow, I could not help but notice the drastic improvement in the check-in process. I have stayed here numerous times in the past and have had some not overly impressive stays, but this time was very different. I recently stayed at the IP for two nights using my room comps.
